Description: the site has a similar recipe, my budget is sufficient. No need to buy expensive marscapone, as we shall our usual products. I found the recipe on a American website, translated it and prepared strictly according to the recipe without varying a single step. The result is a delight! And it was interesting! I will say that the recipe is not quick, it takes time, BUT eventually you can sense the aroma from coffee milk sauce, mouth-watering pancake!
For the batter
Chicken Eggs — 2 pcs
Sugar — 2 tbsp
Baking Soda — 0.5 tsp.
Wheat Flour (250 ml) — 1 cup.
Sour cream — 1 stack.
Vegetable oil (Oleina) — 2 tbsp
For the Filling
Butter — 50 g
Brown sugar (Finely grained) — 1\4 Cup.
Maple syrup (or honey) — 1 tbsp
Cinnamon — 1 tsp.
For the sauce-glaze
Powdered sugar — 1 Cup.
Milk (or cream) — 2 tbsp
Instant coffee — 0.5 tsp.
Maple syrup (or honey) — 1 tsp
How to make Cinnamon pancakes
First, prepare the filling for pancakes. To do this, melt the butter (I heated in the microwave for 10 seconds), add the finely grained brown sugar (preferably grind into powder), maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Mix well. Taste it. If sugar dissolved poorly, the mixture needs a little heat ( I heated in the microwave, literally for 5 seconds)
In a bowl, put sour cream, eggs, sugar, sunflower oil and mix well.
Add baking soda, flour and again mix well. The batter becomes thick. If the batter is too thick, add some water, about 30 ml. The consistency of the batter should be slightly thicker than pancakes. The batter that I made became a very tasty and pleasurable result!
For the filling for the pancakes, once again mix well and pour into the cooking bag. If you don’t have a bag, you can use any similar thick plastic bag.
Warm up the pan. I have electro. Pour the batter on the pan, about 2 tablespoons. Make a small hole in the bag for the filling. And gently press down the plastig bag, draw a spiral pattern on the pancake, like on the photo.
For cooking time, adjust to moderate heat. Using a spatula or any similar utensils, turn over the pancake. The filling on the bag may leak and be messy, but it’s not a big problem. After that, remove the pancake from the pan, wipe the pan dry with a damp cloth or towel for the remnants of the caramel filling.
So, here’s the beautiful and yummy result! I am in awe of the cooking process!!!
Prepare the sauce, which I would call sauce-glaze. The sauce must cook just before serving dishes on the table. Heat up the milk or cream, then add the instant coffee.
Add honey or maple syrup, icing sugar and mix well.
If the sauce-glaze is very thick, you can just add a half tablespoon of milk or cream, in room temperature or heat up a bit in the microwave. If the mixture was thick and had some crust, heat it in the microwave and make it in sauce consistency.
